Every year we try to visit Chennai at least for a few weeks to see my husband’s family and friends. And every year, without fail, there is always at least one day of temple hopping. My in-laws are very religious, and they love taking us around to as many temples as possible.(more…)
It’s the end of December, and I’m just now catching up on editing/posting photos from the summer/fall! It’s been a whirlwind of a year, to say the least.
Back in August, we hiked the Orchard trail again at Rouge Park. I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again – this is by far one of the best trails in the GTA in my opinion.
A few weeks ago I saw an article on Digital Photography School about freezing flowers and photographing them to get cool macro shots, so I thought I’d give it a try.
These past few weeks have been extremely stressful, so today I decided to spend the entire day outside in nature, de-stressing and getting back to what I love most: photographing nature. ☺️
Another year, another BioBlitz!
This year’s BioBlitz took place at Heber Down Conservation Area, which is located in the Lynde Creek Watershed in Whitby, Ontario.
I am an introvert.
I am not antisocial. I do not dislike people. I am not shy.
It’s finally starting to feel like Spring, with warm weather, blooming flowers and plenty of wildlife scurrying around! I had to make the most of this beautiful Saturday and go out and explore some of my favourite places again.
If there’s one social media platform that I had to pick as my favourite, without a doubt it would be Instagram!
